As a complete pool novice I’ve been surprised at the expertise shared by Ivan, the pool tech sent to explain pool management and the great response from Elaine at Essig Pools. Our new Essig pool was completed Feb. 1, 2025. The pool was completed exactly as my wife and I had envisioned it. With the help and expert guidance of our salesperson Sara, and her ability to generate computerized renderings it was easy for us to see what the finished project would look like before the construction even began. I will begin with Nicole who did a terrific job handling the permitting process. Our job supervisor Jumar, was the man who was constantly there to make sure everything was done on time, and correctly. He was there to answer any questions and stayed in constant contact with us throughout the project from start to finish. We received weekly progress reports from Armando, to keep us informed about future deliveries and construction progress. Elaine in warranty Dept. is totally knowledgeable with all pool equipment and construction. Finally,Yvan is on hand to make final adjustments and explain all pool functions. Fernanda, the “boss”,is there to make sure it all happens the way it is supposed to. with Fernandas' great staff and her leadership, Essig built us the truly beautiful, high quality pool that we dreamed of. Essig built my pool in 2006 , expensive yes, but. I havent even need it to re diamond the surface, no leaks , my best friend pool was i built by van kirk in 1998 and he has done the diamond brite 3 times already! First time in 2008! Plus leaks and pavers issues and draining issues bcs the leveling done originally...there's a saying. u go cheap it will be cheap and more expensive at the end! Lo barato sale caro !! If I ever built another pool I wont hesitate to call Essig pools again Btw Elaine is the best shes an expert ,period..thank you Essig and Elaine !
