UPDATE (as of Oct 2024): Since 2021, our pool has been great!! It was only just the other day when we had our first issue - the pool pump motor burned out. Big shout out to Elaine because she was able to give me a really good price on a newer, better motor. We were about 6 months past warranty but she still took care of us and super grateful. Plus, she had Ray come out within 24 hours to fix it - and Ray took care of the swap super quick, showed me how to use the new pump in the app, and he setup all the automation before he left. Thank you Ray and Elaine!

In 2021, Essig finished our pool build and we are thrilled. They were super busy when we first requested our quote, and it took a few weeks to receive a visit from Miguel (one of the designers), but it was well worth the wait. The entire team, Miguel from designing to Lugo the construction supervisor and many others, have been great. The overall process took about 4 months, and the main delay was a few week window because the decking we wanted was on back order - otherwise, they built this super quick. Construction team throughout the process was super friendly and answered all of our curious questions we threw at them. 9/30/24 Update:  We continue to be happy with our Essig pool. One of the reasons we went with an established pool company was to make service easier in the future.  Luckily we have not had many issues (and yes some of our issues are user error) but when we need help, Essig has been right there for us.

Essig was right. They said our pool would be worth the wait and they were right. We purchased right at the start of the high demand for pools. So yes, the process took longer than we expected or wanted. But, the pool and backyard transformation is astounding. We have our on private oasis. Essig stuck with us and has continued EXCELLENT post construction service. Thank you to Ed for saving us from our bad tile selection, Dan (yes the owner) for spending over 4 hours of your time helping us with our deck layout, Rey for answering ALL our questions as new pool owners, and Elaine for her constant dedication and support. I am writing this review after having had my pool built for over 3 years.  While the pool building process was efficient, and my experience a good one, it wasn't until recently that I got the chance to experience Essig's commitment to providing good service to their customers post build.

I recently began to have issues with some of my pool equipment.
After calling Essig, Elaine in repairs quickly stepped in to provide support.  She was responsive and very flexible in identifying mutually beneficial ways to correct the issue.  The process took several visits, yet her and the field technician (Ray) stayed in touch with me along the way to make sure the issue was resolved.  I appreciate the high level of communication and the personalized attention I received.

We love our pool!  It is beautiful and modern looking and we are so excited to host people for pool parties with the new layout.  All of the Essig employees were professional from the beginning. Pepe helped us design the pool and spa and pick out the materials.  He was so attentive to our wants and helpful.  Our construction manager, Jumar, was professional, always responsive to answer a question, so knowledgeable about pool design, construction, landscaping- all of it!  Elaine who handled the schedule and permitting was communicative and gave helpful weekly updates.
